Petition - Foreclosure By Fraud

Help Bring an End to the
"Deferred Prosecution" of the Banks, and Their Legal Representatives,
Who Orchestrate Illegal Foreclosures and Post-Foreclosure Evictions

Your voice and support are critical to the success of this Petition:
The mass-foreclosures that have occurred, and continue, in the wake of the U.S. Housing Crisis exemplify the dangerous proliferation of legal practices, at all levels of government, which are serving to eliminate the due process rights of individuals.

This long over-due Petition calls for the criminal prosecution of the financial power-houses, and their legal representatives, for the deceptive and fraudulent methods they employ to orchestrate wrongful foreclosures in order to serve their own financial interests and private agenda.

Simply complete and send your signed Petition to Ed Smith at the mailing address shown on the Petition. If you choose to make a contribution of money to the effort (used to support Internet exposure and communications), please also enclose a check payable to Ed Smith.

The time is NOW to mobilize the efforts and resources of EVERYONE that has dealt, or is dealing with, a wrongful foreclosure. Since the onset of the sub-prime mortgage crisis in resulted in an illegal real or personal property seizure since the beginning of the US housing crisis in late 2007.

Time is of the absolute essence - and it's in everyone's best interest that an organized and clear message is sent to lawmakers and law enforcement agencies that "enough is enough" with regard to the past, current, and pending illegal foreclosures and property seizures.
